Switchback Developers Limited (SDL) is a Joint Venture by Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), Trasacco Estates Development Company Limited (TEDC) and Lifeforms Limited to develop its large track of land located off the Independence Avenue opposite the 37 Military Hospital and adjacent to the Army Officer's Mess to be transformed into a high class mixed use facilities.
